The premises can be rented as self-contained units of various shapes and sizes, or as a single office.

The Zollverein Future Centre (in German the ZukunftsZentrumZollverein - or Triple Z for short) is Essen's start-up and corporate centre in the Zollverein Coal Mine Industrial Complex, Shaft 4/5/11. The Centre for Entrepreneurship & Transfer (CET) is a central institution of the TU Dortmund and has set itself the goal of promoting entrepreneurial thinking and action in the region.
